先日、仕事で金沢まで行ってきた。 地理的センスゼロなので、車で金沢まで行って欲しい、という依頼があったとき、何も考えず「イイッスヨ」とか言っちゃった。出発数日前にググったら所要時間６時間ちょっとって出てビックリした。 The other day, I visited Kanazawa for work. Having literally zero geographic sense, when I was asked to drive to Kanazawa, I said "sure!".  However, when I googled the route and it said it takes 6 hours and a bit, I was like Uh, oh... そんなワケで、つりやゴルフへ行く人みたいに４時半とかに起きて出発さ！ 行けども行けども続く道、いやぁ、ひたすら走ってるはずなのに、時計を見るとまだ７時半とか。はぁ！？時間おかしくないか？！って。 So anyway, I woke up around 4:30am just like CEO of Apple and started driving! Felt like driving for hours but the clock said it's still 7:30am and I was like Whattt?! Is Time distorted?!  まぁ、そんな事はいいや。 Anyway... 金沢に到着して驚いたのは、その活気！！ １０年くらい前にも仕事で来た事があったんだけど、その時は全然盛ってない田舎町だった記憶があって。でも2015年に北陸新幹線が開通してから劇的に変わったみたい。駅も観光客だらけ！滞在したホテルも外国人観光客ばかり！！土地から出るエネルギーみたいなものが、全く別物でした。 仕事で行っているので観光する時間はなかったけど、ホテルのラウンジが予想外にいい雰囲気。まるで外国のホテルみたいだったので、ビールなんか飲みつつスケッチをしました。 The thing that struck me the most when I arrived ...

World Wide Sketch Crawl 53 for me was half-day, but even the short time I got powerful support of drawing together with many people around the world. It feels different! I drew room view with TV at home:  A nearby street with the Kannon statue. 松戸の雰囲気　 And a way from Matsudo station. I thought the building facade remind mount Fuji. I want to see it :) So I wrote: むかし昔から富士山に行ってみたいけど、また松戸にいるんです。

Went to see the University of Tokyo a while ago, drew a sketch. I like the buildings, made of red bricks! Some of them remain in Yokohama too. There are some of them in my hometown of Nizhniy Novgorod, and I was always attracted to see these buildings.   Some of them was made for soldiers, some for making alcohol. They have a fabulous time charm on them, I feel. By the way, there is also a   red brick building in Chiba Prefecture, in Ichikawa town, on the bank of Edo river. This Saturday you can see it. 赤レンガが大好きです。だから、東京大学へ見に行きました。 ステキな建物ですね。次の時は横浜の赤レンガへ行きたいです。 私の出身町ではこのような建物もあります。 兵舎 、 ワイン工場 、住宅の建物です。 憧れているのは素晴らしい時間の魅力を持っているからです。 ちなみに、千葉県にも赤レンガの建物があります。 市川市に残る赤レンガの建造物 今週の土曜日、29日、見ることできますよ。行きたい人は連絡をください！ 東大↓

 Yesterday at the shores of Chiba Typhoon N 5, which means no entrance to water. Made a sketch of a ship in the harbour.

Sweet potato looks like a baobab trees.   They are growing in the cup, they want to live.  生きる力! Sketched for 15 mins in the University lab. No time to go out yet! 

Hi, everyone! How is this hot summer? Struggling without much drawing preparing my exam. I want to share sketch from last summer in Inage district of Chiba. Little shrine with huge trees.  I like crows. ⬆︎ They live in Shrine forest. Moskitos ate my legs while I draw it.  Maybe 2 hours I spent there.  Good time. August 2015 Hope to do some sketches in this summer vacations too ^^

Hi Everyone! Last week I was honoured to do a practice in Kyoto Imperial gardens as a student of Horticulture department of Chiba University . Oh, basically, we collected old leaves and turned over the stones in the atmosphere temperature 35 C (feels like 38) and humidity 67%. In between I made some sketches about our work and Kyoto.
